1. Service Cancellation

    Customers may cancel booked services before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Duplicate payment

Order cancellation before processing

Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.

3. Product Returns

Customers may request a return for damaged or incorrect products within 3 days of delivery.

Returned products must:

Be in original packaging

Include proof of purchase
